The (Not So) Subtle Art of Ghosting

Ghosting or as I call it "Possibly got swallowed into the deepest point on Earth."

It's funny how it takes some experience before you realise you're going through the very same thing the internet and your friends have been talking about for a while now.

Whether it's never hearing from people who owe you money, never hearing from the HR of a job you were really keen on, or, as my friends now tell me, the dating world as well.

I find it amusing because when did we become such cowards? When did we lose out on common courtesy to just let someone know the reason why communication  ceased? I mean come on, give me a reason!! (Yes, I like my closure, just as much as I like my morning coffee)

It's amazing how some of us have honed this extraordinary skill of ghosting, I'm kinda surprised we don't have an option to add it to our LinkedIn profiles yet!

It's NOT difficult to tell someone they didn't make the cut for the job or you will pay them back as soon as you get financially stable. Or that they probably aren't the kind of person you'd like to be with (I mean let's face it, not everyone has similar tastes).

What some of us are yet to realise is the amount of misery you put a person through by being a real chump! Do the rest of man and womankind a favour, try being human for a change.
